The Venue

The Costian-Wheeler Wedding will be held at the River Legacy Nature Center in Arlington, Texas. The outdoor ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 PM, so we recommend you arrive between 5:30-5:45 PM to find a parking spot, walk a little ways to the ceremony area, and find your seat. A reception inside the Nature Center, steps from the ceremony pavilion, will follow with dinner, dancing, and dessert!

Please be aware that there are two entrances. All guests should use the entrance off of Margaret St and NW Green Oaks Blvd to find a free parking spot, as the Cooper St gate will be closed.

Dinner Reception

We are excited to offer our guests a buffet-style pasta dinner, featuring caesar salad, fresh bread with a variety of butters, your choice of angel hair or penne pasta, marinara or alfredo sauce, and optional Italian meatballs or grilled chicken. Please note if you have a dietary restriction in our online RSVP form so that we may accommodate you.

We will be toasting to the couple with sparkling apple cider, and for dessert, we’ll enjoy a three-tier wedding cake lovingly crafted by Best Man James Costian and Maid of Honor Ciara White.

Alcohol will not be served at our reception and is prohibited on-site. We kindly ask for your support in maintaining a family-friendly atmosphere, as children will be in attendance, and we wish to create a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.

Dress Code

We ask that you wear spring formal attire, such as a cocktail dress, a jumpsuit, or a suit. We would love to see you in colors inspired by nature, but neutrals are great too. Please refrain from wearing jeans, shorts, or athletic wear.

The path from the guest parking lot to the ceremony space involves walking along gravel pathways. We encourage you to wear shoes that you would be comfortable walking through gravel and potentially mud, depending on the weather leading up to the event.
